I'm really enjoying the suggestions so far, and can't wait to try the chilli and chocolate one! Aloo gobi has long been one of my favourite Indian-style side dishes, too...

Ah, in fact... This is a particularly good use of the core of the curd (which holds more flavour than the florets and gets thrown away half the time, anyway). The leaves go rather well in a broth, too.

(I generally add some spice to brassica-based soups - cumin and chilli works rather well...)
