They did not allow lounge access at JFK, and similarly refused Skyteam benefits elsewhere (lounge access was available in SVO after some running around that involved getting first one and then a second cert. issued as the stopover was longer!). Complaint to Aeroflot yielded nada.
That's why I'd like to complain to Skyteam, so they know one of their member airlines doesn't respect the Skyteam service charter. But I don't know how to get in touch with them by email or phone. Does anyone have the Skyteam email and/or phone?
