I've only used the ones at TBIT and never had any issues, but the last time was in November 2010 and I'm a US citizen not a green card holder.
I went through TBIT.

I will fly out later this week and return end of March - hopefully this time around go smoother as it takes twice as long if you have to discuss issues with the Border Patrol at the kiosk booth.

Any experiences from other users?
