Assuming the site jacks up the prices by the typical tip amount, the same thing is being paid for the meal. However the onus in the latter is for mgt to pay the help, not the customers
IMO It doesn't make any difference
financially. That's why I'm confused about the idea that eliminating tipping would provide consumers with an extra 15% of spending power.
