(I have checked Hilton’s main website, FT’s Hilton sticky, and elsewhere, but could not find an answer.)
By going to several Hilton online properties (Las Vegas, Tucson, Seattle, Tokyo) I saw “guest room” listed (which seems to be a different term for “standard room”) and also "suites" and "executive rooms".
So, my questions are: Is a “guest room” what is meant by the term “standard room”? Do these guest rooms always/nearly always have the option for twin beds (instead of just one bed) – to accommodate two persons?
I am a Hilton customer and have had the Hilton AmEx card for about 7 years now. I like it for several reasons, including the fact that there is no annual fee. With that said, I usualy only use it for a Hilton stay for the extra points. I also have a DL AmEx card and once I get the 25K miies for the 10K MQMs, I switch to the Hilton card until midnight of December 31 when I return to the Hilton card.
