I know there have been complaints about upgrades clearing late - but I had a pleasant experience tonight.

Booked MIA-JFK on Tuesday night. This morning showed F4A1. I figured - clear at the gate.

Check online tonight, upgrade cleared at 100 hours. Now showing F2A0. I am VERY surprised (and very Happy)
