when i stayed there i got the sense that this place has a bit of a captive market. people are going to come in the summer because it is beautiful. starwood preferred guest members will want to stay here for the credit. it's like if starwood had a grand total of one hotel on cape cod. in the summer, the staff could be indifferent. it would still sell out.
the above report by dbk10 is brutal and i only hope that it is reported to customer care at 800-328-6242. if it's not reported, it won't be fixed. the sheets not being changed (while the tip was taken) is really disgusting.
