Having been to Anchorage somewhere between 40 to 50 times, the Sheraton is one of the better properties, and sometimes only $10 or $20 more in the summer than the Days Inn or Holiday Inn which may be charging $250. That said, I wasn't exactly superthrilled with my last stay there.
