Just returned to the country through LAX for the first time. Oddly enough after you went through the GE kiosk, they made you wait in the crew/disabled line for the CBP agent to check your sticker and passport. Is this common? Normally I go through DFW and have always just flashed the receipt to an agent standing next to the kiosks.
Not normal, you don't even have to flash the receipt at IAD or ORD (at ORD there was not even an agent next to the kiosk).
