Well I checked in KF and they offer 2 C seats at saver award levels which is a good sign. I guess it is back to the good old call again and try your luck with a different agent.

TG414 flies at almost the same time but has no C seats available so your only option is the earlier TG404 flight if that works for you timing wise. SQ or TG on that route is not much of a difference and actually TG could have the better seat product depending on a/c used.
