It's more involving when you start it up... Here's what I did last night:

Set up columns of:

* Flight Date
* Flight Num
* Dep time
* 30 Days
* 14 Days
* 7 Days
* 72 hours
* 48 hours
* 24 hours
* Day of departure
* Aircraft

You check for flights for the next 30 days and then slot them into the appropiate colum. (i.e. Jan 4's flights goes into 24 hours, Jan 5's flights goes into 48 hours...)

Once this initial process is done, all you have to do each day is check ITN and update the chart. [I just copy the entire J9C9M9... into the database.]

It sounds confusing but it's quite easy and you can really see a trend once you reach 30 days. The data is simple but you can tell a lot from them over time. I'll try to set something up when I get home in a couple of hours.
