2 March? That would be fast. According to the news articles I read, the new CEO (son of the founder who actually has a pilot license and mechanic license also), there is no timetable. If they have a formal announcement, then they would probably have to give an estimate on the time, right? (I hope it happens fast but it seems to take time.)

US$70M is lot of money. They just finished renovating / expanding the premium areas (PL, Diamond). I doubt it would cost/they would spend US$70M to renovate the regular lounge (which is for Silver, Gold and certain Credit Card holders). Did you mean NT$70M?
