I wish they would give 1K's a choice. Some people prefer 4 (valid on any fare) others would not mind the UA system.

But perhaps we should be thankful that UACO is not following the DL model. I geniunely feel sorry for those people
This is missing the obvious AA comparison
AA SWU = 8, valid on ANY fare good til feb of the next elite year. Longer expiration (in my case it was valid almost 2 full years since I got EXP once in March) and valid on any fare!
