Xiaotung do you know anything about Air Macau? I think CA increased its stake from its original 10-15% to a majority or even full stake from the original shareholders (private investors, Macau SAR govt, etc) over the last couple of years.
Would be great to see Air Macau and Shenzhen Airlines become one entity/holding group and both in Star Alliance - Macau is a great base for regional Southeast Asia, cross-strait flights or even a transit alternative to HKG. I reckon CA could kick CZ and CX's rear if it played the cards right.
Having no Star flights between HKG and TPE is ridiculous (ok now EVA will provide some), and I can see a "Casino Express" going between MFM and LAS!
