Hi - I'm new to all of this and recently booked a ticket on American Airlines using points earned on a Chase Sapphire credit card (standard, not Preferred card). What now? Should I be able to see my reservation on AA by going to aa.com and entering my name & 6 digit record locator? If yes, how long before it shows up there? I booked the ticket on 2/20 and as of today 2/23 aa.com is not able to locate the reservation.
