I've been on a light passenger loaded 320 with weight and balance issues. They blocked off the first couple of rows of E+ on an early morning flight out of LAS.

I've also been on a 747 to SY with weight and balance issues. They blocked off some of the E+ section and admonished all seat poachers to stay away.
