How do passengers with embedded weapons clear security?
This man survived with a knife in his head for 4 years:

In some other situations removal of a weapon in the body may actually endanger the life of the person, so how would the TSA deal with a passenger whose medical recommendation may be to not remove the weapon for reason of concerns about further complications?
