Thanks about the advices, I have not great expectations for the breakfast but i wanted to ask since the UK Domestic was bad. I will have a connection flight again with BA, two and half hours after my sceduled arrival but in expertflyer says that on 50% my flight has delays and the average delay time is 60 minutes so i don't expect to have enought time to go to the arrivals lounge and then back upstairs to go to the departures area. I wanted to use the Elemis on the arrivals lounge there ..

On both Cabins will be my first time but the decision depends on the Upgrade price I will get during Check in (not very optimistic as F is half full).
