Normally they will have some PA - but these often wait till the last HON comes out and also for any collegues or so of HON so that the majority of the Pax will get to immigration before you.
The PA will only take you to the end of the normal line for immigration - before they took you through Crewlane - but for the last 2 years or so - only through the general line - the PA will wait at luggage then for you - and sometimes walk you to domestic if you have a connection - most often not.
Luggage - last time was the first time in 10 or so ariivals in the past year where priority worked - got our suitcases and golfbags out among the 10 - 15 first pcs on the belt.
On departure - they will walk you to the end of the security line - wait until you are thorugh and take you the end of immigration and then drag you to the lounge. Basically you can do it all yourself more easily.
