I'm currently staying at a JW (different property) & no offer of free drycleaning for this Plat. So a fluke or something specific to that property. It's not a perk I'd be clamoring for, as there are more that I'd like to see reinstated first.

I thought you were going to say how to communicate with your customers, and this forum would be one way.
