i understand that you might disagree with the T&C's, but the reality is they are there, they are quite clear, and these particular T&C's have been in place as long as i can remember. Afterall, it is Marriott's program, so they can set whatever rules they wish.

What I find interesting is that you feel the HYATT program is better If you go into that Forum, you will find the general consensus to be that they are much more difficult, the wait times are long, etc etc.

if you also look at the thread in this form re successful LNF claims, I think you will find a lot of people quite happy with their results.

i have had multiple claims with Marriott and saved thousands of dollars. i cannot agree that the program is rubbish.
