I signed up for this on a flight next Saturday from CPH to IAD, and regret. Don't think the upgrade will be ok because of availabililty in economy. Points-upgrade would be better.

But I am considering to cancel the ticket (refundable for a fee) and buy a new, cheaper ticket with departure Friday instead. ( another Star Alliance airline). Optiontown says upgrade-fee is non-refundable if flight is cancelled. What if the whole ticket is cancelled before the upgrade is made? Anyone knows?
