Well, i think i have to defend OT here, i got my refunds back after 3-4 business days. Also, it's interesting that you got a comment from SAS on the upgrade, did you provide you with more details on the load required for an accepted upgrade? So far, nobody else here has been able to get any info on the mechanics behind the upgrade process...
And it's no surprise that the float they get from upgrade fees is actually part of their business plan.
