I have a trip booked CPH-ORD this Saturday, and am trying to get an upgrade to Economy Extra. Haven't heard from them yet.

I think that it is very disturbing, that some of us are paying a fee and "loaning" our money to Option Town, and then they are not selling the upgrades to us, even though there are empty seats. I can only surmise, that for some reason, SAS is not freeing up the seats.

You'd think with the losses that they posted for last year, that they want to loose money.

It might just be a timing thing. I'm otherwise 3 for 3 in Option Town upgrades to C.

Hope someone wakes up at SAS.
