The AA FF number bug on the QF website also affected QF customers such as myself. The good news is that all my more recent bookings don't seem to have been affected.

Not sure why your not earning miles automatically though. My partner is an EXP and has never had to retro-credit a single flight! In fact the flights seem to be crediting very quickly these days.
