You complain about not wanting to go through immigration because you're going to Samui. Well, Samui is in Thailand. You're trying to take a domestic flight.
And I don't believe 70 min is a legal connection, but, even if it is, you're taking quite a risk doing this with 2 PNRs.

i am taking 2 PNRs as the flight TLV-BKK is using miles, and ElAl doesnt allow to add other flights to this type of ticket.
i will be travelling with hand carry only, and do the online check-in before i leave TLV.
so basically, i need to get off the plane (travelling BIZ, so should exit quickly), do the long walk to the transfer immigration, pass that, then security and go to the gate.
if you consider that the flight from TLV will land on time, is this still doable ?
if i find that the flight from TLV is leaving TLV late, i can always call THAI and cancel the ticket, and make a new reservation with bangkok airways (and probably pay a high fare)
so the main question remains: if landing is on time, can i still make it ?
