Hi, I tried this before I bought the flight and I was told that only certain fare classes qualify.
Apparently my fare class doesn't qualify although it may be worth another phone call.

I can always buy lounge access elsewhere for 5 hrs although it would be better to use the airline lounge.

It's a bit of a pain as I have an 18 hour stopover on the return leg. That will definately be a hotel.
