OK, there are some very minor teething problems, but nothing that will not be ironed out. Surely will be a well oiled machine soon.
Maybe but it's been open now almost
four months and I at least am disappointed to read that there are still service issues. For a hotel of this level (and price), service is a major part of what's paid for.
To take a trivial example - how hard is it, for example, to arrange for refills of coffee and OJ during the breakfast service which happens every single day ? This in a country like Japan where service is usually exceptional.
The StR OSA needs to seriously raise its game and fast. People won't keep giving it the benefit of the doubt...
