There is not. Again, according to MGM's own training program, that level is invite-only based purely on actual losses, not ADT.
Nowhere is the status NOIR mentioned (at least Harrahs acknowledges the existence of SEVEN STARS in printed brochures and elsewhere).

MGM has no intention of making any official discloures about the black card level or how to qualify. They want that mystique around it as part of their marketing scheme.
However, it should not be difficult for you to glean some information this weekend about noir and the other aspects of mlife. All hosts, pit bosses, floor managers, as well as a lot of related service staff have all done MGM's mlife training sessions.
