I had similar requirements for a planned vacation (now canned)....

I looked at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba...
Private villa pools...
it's on jetsetter.com right now for $390 a night. They also have a promo right now for 35% off BAR. No promos for November yet. I think BAR is $740 a night for the garden villa (still looks pretty nice). One negative is that the resort is fairly spread out (ie far from beach) but it looks quite quiet.

Maybe take a look at The Caves in Negril... a bit more rustic but all inclusive. Not quite the same level as RC or FS...
