Aman Sveti Stefan will have the shuttle boat operational between Milocer and the island shortly if you don't fancy the walk although I quite like mixing with locals and savouring the culture as long as no one bothers me.

I tried out the shuttle boat when we stayed on the island and it was a brilliant experience as you land at a little cave and walk through it to the beach and Milocer. The views from the boat are extraordinary. Nobody bothers you there!
