Had an itinerary out of sync when flying IAD-SFO-LAS on UA and LAS-IAH-BWI back on CO (same day MR). Couldn't get CO boarding passes via CO OLCI and at IAD, but when I checked again at SFO, the UA customer service counter agent printed out the CO flights as paper tickets. My CO upgrades cleared too.
