missing bonus points?
Am I due an online booking bonus and who or how do I contact TruBlue?
I booked online a rt BOS-NAS flight for Dec25-Dec29. My return flight was canceled at airport checkin due to the northeast storm and rescheduled to Jan1. Today I log in my Trublue account and noticed they didn't give me the online booking bonus. Should they have give me the online bonus since I had booked the original trip online; they're the one that cancelled and rebooked my flight through no fault of mine?
