So there is no movie on a 3:37-4:07 long flight, maybe a stale bun and 35% Aeroplan miles for Q and below. Oh, and generally lousy service, particularily on the ground. What gives? There are only so many people willing to pay top dollar for few or no meals, no entertainment etc.. Is there a business plan or are they just doing things "willy nilly"?

Also, I heard on the news this morning that Westjet plans to be in YYZ and YUL and I think YHZ as well by the end of the year. Can't find anything to confim this though. AC needs to get some leadership and let their staff provide service or they will just fall further into the abyss.
