There's definitely no black and white answer here. If you are going to do it I would be smart about it...it's obviously suspicious looking if you switch your address a few months before and again a few months after. Who knows what kind of opinion they might get, and really, only their opinion matters. If your address wasn't already an international one I wouldn't wait any longer...but that's just me. Obviously if they give you a hard time about it you can try and argue your case...but why get to that point.
