I already had 3 or 4 CO cards in the past. Therefore 30K is not high enough to entice me because of past bonuses rec'd, meaning that there is a good possibility Chase would give me the card but not the bonus - a 50K would be worth the no bonus bummer, but 30K isn't.
I opted for the targeted 60K Priority Club offer because it would also help me earn the CTC promo for an additional 140K points. This worth far more than the 30K CO miles.
One thing I believe there is a misunderstanding about waiting for better offers in the future - by that, I dont mean it would be a CO card. It is more a general statement of Chase future offers of any affinity cards. I am sure
bushchoi means the same.
