Thanks for the photos roadwarrior. The room photos on the hotel's website don't really look like Park Hyatt quality rooms and the ones you posted make it look even worse. I may need to rethink staying at this property. That work desk and chair remind of a cheap Holiday Inn.

Out of curiosity, were the upgradeable rooms sold out or did they not honor the Diamond upgrade rules?
