Stayed here for my birthday and was told at check-in they would send up something in the evening that never happened. Got walked up to a standard twin room on the 6th floor. As the diamond amenity I got a plate of mandarins and no beverage was provided. I requested to have some coffee and cups sent up but they never arrive. Before leaving the hotel for a musical I requested the turndown service when we came back at 9:30pm it wasn't provided. I decide to go up to the club at 9:45pm and the fridge is locked and everything has been put up staff was nowhere to be found. The lounge was supposed to be open until 10pm. Then I go down to the front desk and when I tell them everything is locked they looked at me with disbelief and immediatly walk me up to open up the fridge for some drinks. At this point I decided to mention these things to the GM and I do so in the morning. He seems apologizes and nothing comes of it at this time. Upon check out the FD clerk ask how the stay was and I tell her the story she immedialty offers to discount the rate. When I walked out the hotel the GM was standing there to say goodbye not sure if he was already there or the FD called him. He promised to investigate and promised these things wouldn't happen when I return. We will see how it goes next time. This stay felt like I was at a bad 4 star property and not a Park Hyatt.
