Ok. So at least someone has gotten the cash back. That's good to hear.
Did you just use the regular best available rate or did you use a corporate rate for your stays? I used my company rate (that I am required to) for the stay. Would be interested in knowing if anyone who used a corporate rate has managed to get the cash back.
