I prefer using Ovi Maps on a touch screen device with a big screen - the Nokia 5800 is ideal for me.

The non-touch screen ones don't have access to the latest version of Ovi Maps, which I find excellent (the new beta even lets you download maps via wifi straight from the network, without having to load via the PC, wihch is awesome).
