absolutely. The CO person dropped teh ball on this one. Could have kept an elite customer happy, but chose not to. Use some COMMON SENSE! I can completely understand if it is a companion traveling on a different ticket where said companion is traveling to an onward destination, but if they are both checking in at A and stopping at B, tag them both and keep 'em happy.
- as for the electronics thing, that is a complete joke. Its really bad when the flight attendants are sexting/facebooking from their jumpseats after they scream at everyone to turn their phones off!!
