The Ritz Plaza/ W Hotel in South Beach lost a suit this week against an addition they intended for the hotel. The lawyer for W hotels claims it is just a fight between Barry Sternlicht and Ian Schrager, the owner of the Delano hotel, as Sternlicht used the same boutique hotel concept that Schrager created.
