I think we know the information - NO entry to the PC without a PC or partner club membership, or a BusinessFirst or International Business boarding pass. The rule is simple.
The only open question for me is whether or not a UA 1K flying PS can use their BP to get into a PC irrespective of their right to enter the RCC.
