I flew EWR-TLV on a 772 last month and the window seat was noticeably cooler to me. I used the "blanket", but didn't have a jacket or sweatshirt with me. Thin cotton socks didn't help either. The aisle seat, again with blanket only, was more comfortable. I typically find int'l flights to be on the cool side and sitting in 32C or J seemed similar to most other flights as far as temps go. 32A or L, cooler than most.
