I understand that points are not earned on Priceline-type bookings, but are elite benefits still applicable?
I booked a room via Expedia with their "special" rates (which I believe is prepaid) and wondering if I can still get a late checkout as a Gold member.

Expedia bookings = no points on room, but you should be able to get points on incidentals, although this varies....
Late c/out for Gold member depends on which chain you'll stay at... But again, I suspect that due to the Expedia booking you wouldn't benefit of the late c/out...
