As I said in the first post the online process never gave me an option to choose the continental debit card vs. normal debit card. I would have thought since I signed up through a CO link that it would automatically give me the CO debit card. You can spend some time to read back some pages to see what others experiences are. Go back to the period of Sept - Oct when the offers were supposedly to expire, there were enough posts about making sure to have TWO confirmations whether online or at the branch - because the bonuses are structured in TWO portions each tied to a different task.
In the pages upthread, there is a specific 800 number mentioned multiple times when people do not see their bonuses, this is THE phone number to call. All else, would not help you to resolve any hiccups because other depts seeem to have no clue on how this works.
It would be to your own benefit to spend some time read back the posts upthread.
