Yes - mine have all disappeared in cyberspace! Paul looked into it for me: If you have made a booking through "House of Travel" (e.g. the $99 special Auckland - Queenstown return the other day), it all goes heywire. It's a known bug, but a fix is apparently still weeks away. Most annoying, especially as I do not have any hardcopies of my boarding passes. I usually use the Android app, but that, of course, does not sync anymore either.

I have e-mailed the Premium team and was promised that IT would fix my account manually within two weeks. We'll see.
