Interesting that the First Class lavs should be so affected, what with only 16 people using them (unless the riff raff from Business Class also use them). Perhaps the flight attendants weren't overly attentive towards cleaning and stocking them during the flight.
In my over 20 years of flying AA including multiple overseas trips in Premium cabins, I cannot ever recall an AA flight attendent ever cleaning up a bathroom. I would guess this is prohibited in their customer centric union contract.
