The Customer Bill of Rights brochure I was given that day by a JetBlue agent stated that if a cancellation is due to a controllable irregularity & occurs within 12 hours of the scheduled departure, then JetBlue will additionally give you a travel voucher for future travel in the amount of the cost of the round trip. It appears that their Bill of Rights no longer is that generous, but I feel in good faith JetBlue should stand by the rules they gave me that day.
That brochure must be incredibly out of date, that hasn't been the policy for years. What city gave that to you? is there a date on it?
