Cancellation changed to schedule change
In November my connecting flight from JFK to Burlington was cancelled (computer & JetBlue agents said this). This resulted in my being rebooked on the next flight & a 6 hour delay in getting to Burlington. The Jetblue Bill of Rights brochure I was given spelled out that a cancellation due to controllable irregularities would entitle me to a travel voucher equal to the the cost of the round trip.
Now Jetblue is maintaining that it was not a cancellation, but a schedule change & therefore only worth a $50 credit, instead of almost $300. How can it be a schedule change when that same flight flew out the day before, the day after, & still continues to fly from JFK to Burlington with the same departure time?
I fell I am being jerked around & don't know what to do?
